- Who are the Us and Thems in your organisation? What do they blame each other for?
- Create a poster illustrating these relationships
10 minutes + 10 minutes discussion
Blame Role Play!
- Select an Us and a Them that you feel would benefit from closer collaboration.
- Split into 2 sub-teams: imagine you are the Us and a Them
- Now blame each other for all your problems!
5 + 5 discussion act out what you observe now
How can you repair this relationship?
- Continue the role play and have a go at repairing the relationships
- Don't make it too easy for each other
10 minutes +10 minutes goup discussion: What did we discover? What type of questions worked well? What is the next step?

- How you can help each other work more effectively?
- What ways can we ensure that we continue to help each other as needs change and evolve?
What ways did we decide to collaborate? What ways can we understand each others needs as they change? What stands in our way to fixing these relationships in our organisations? How can we overcome those barriers?
